Xiaomi Redmi 4 images surface, Moto G4 Play launched and more – FoneArena Daily

After  TENAA certification last month, the Redmi 4 images have shown up on TENAA. The smartphone is expected to come with a 5-inch 1080p display and is said to be power by Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 or a Snapdragon 625 processor.

Moto G4 Play has been launched in India for Rs. 8999 and is available exclusively from Amazon.in. It has a 5-inch HD display, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It has a dual SIM support and 4G connectivity with VoLTE support.

Snapchat, the ephemeral messaging app has joined the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG). It is rumored that it might soon become a hardware company and launch a AR headset.

Google has announced that its new high-speed undersea cable that links FASTER from Japan to Taiwan is now online. With the new cable, Google’s largest data center in Asia located in Changhua County, Taiwan will provide its users across Asia to access its tools and services, at speeds of up to 26 terabits per second.
