Google Pixel and Pixel XL press shots surface in Blue and Silver colors

Google is all set to unveil its Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones at an event in San Francisco later today. Press Images and detailed had already surfaced, now high-resolution press shots of both the phones from @evleaks show a new Blue color in addition to black and silver colors. According to the leak, these will head to Verizon Wireless, but it just has Google’s “G” logo on the back and HTC’s usual ridged power button. Nano SIM slot is present on the left.

  • Fngerprint sensor
  • 12.3MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.55umpixel, f/2.0 aperture, OIS
  • 8MP front camera
  • Dimensions: 154.7 x 75.7 x 8.6 mm; Weight: 168g
  • 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C
  • 3450mAh battery

Both the phones look similar in design. There is a large bezel below the screen even though this doesn’t have capacitive buttons. We should know all the details when these phones go official later today.

A Verizon listing reveals contract pricing as $199.99 for 32GB version and $299.99 for 128GB for the Pixel. No details about 32GB Pixel XL, but the 128GB Pixel XL will cost $419.99 on contract. There’s also something called Google Magic listed as a feature on Verizon site.
