Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro Benchmarks – Snapdragon 652 and 4GB of RAM

Samsung launched the Galaxy A9 Pro (SM-A9100) in India last month for Rs. 32490. We recently brought you the unboxing of the smartphone. Here we have the benchmarks. It is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 (MSM8976) 64-bit 28nm processor that has four ARM Cortex A72 cores clocked at 1.8GHz per core and four ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.4GHz per core with 600 MHz Adreno 510 GPU. It has 4GB LPDDR3 RAM, packs a 6-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Samsung’s own UI on top. Check out the synthetic benchmark scores.

It scored 73906 points in the AnTuTu Benchmark 6.

Vellamo 3 Browser – Chrome

It scored 4546 points in the Vellamo 3 Chrome Browser benchmark.

Vellamo 3 Browser – Web

It scored 4883 points in the Vellamo 3 web browser benchmark.

Vellamo 3 Metal

It managed to score 2530 points in the Vellamo 3 Metal CPU subsystem performance test.

Vellamo 3 MultiCore

It scored 2884 points in the Vellamo 3 Multicore benchmark.

Geekbench 3 Single-Core

It scored 1237 points in the Geekbench 3 Single-Core benchmark.

Geekbench 3 Multi-Core

It scored 4297 points in the Geekbench 3 Multi-Core benchmark.

GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex (On screen)

It managed to clock 32 fps or 1768 frames in the GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex OnScreen benchmark.

GFXBench 3.0 Manhattan (On screen)

It managed to clock 15 fps or 907 frames in the GFXBench 3.0 Manhattan OnScreen benchmark.

3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited

It managed to score 16913 points in the 3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited GPU benchmark.

Basemark X 1.1

It scored 24419 points in the Basemark X 1.1 benchmark.

Basemark OS II

Finally in the Basemark OS II benchmark it scored 1972 points and grabs the fifth spot, behind the Moto X Force. These are just synthetic benchmark scores, we will let you know about the real life performance in the complete review soon.
