Moov HR is a heart-rate sensor that you wear on your head

Moov has introduced Moov HR, its latest heart rate tracker that you can wear under a sweatband or swim cap on your head to automatically sync your heart rate to Moov and other apps. The heart rate wearable can guide you through various calorie-torching, heart rate-based high intensity workouts.

The sensor picks up your heart beat from your temples, where the skin is thinner, making it more accurate.

The Moov Personal Coach app for iOS and Android will get your heart rate data to use it to coach you through high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts such as running, indoor cycling, and more.

You can also use the Moov HR with the Moov Now and add passive heart rate tracking to existing workouts, including indoor and outdoor cycling, cardio boxing or running, with different training modes to choose from.

The heart rate sensor has a built-in rechargeable battery that promises about one week of battery life on a single charge.

The Moov HR Sweat or Swim are priced at $59.95 (Rs. 3990 approx.), each for a limited period after that it will cost $99 (Rs. 3990 approx.). You can buy the two or more and get $20 discount. Moov will also ship internationally for additional $20.

Regarding the new Moov HR, Meng Li, CEO of Moov said:

After extensive research and testing, we’ve determined that the best location for accurate pulse reading is the head. That’s why we’ve developed technology around these findings, so that anyone, regardless of their fitness level or goals, can get the most out of every workout for a fraction of the cost other wearables and gyms charge.
