As you can see the phone is running Android 1.6 which is a very old version, but Dell will be launching the Android 2.2 or 2.1 for the Dell Streak soon. That’s the only point in which Captivate is better than Dell Streak, because the Captivate is running Android 2.1, and Samsung will launch the Android 2.2 for all Galaxy S later this year.
