It looks like Motorola is working on the next Moto X device. Alleged live images of Moto X (2017) have surfaced on Techdroider. As per the images, the phone has an unibody metal design.
The back of the phone shows a similar camera module setup with dual LED flash which we have seen on previous Moto devices. The Moto dimple is present below it and antenna bands are pushed to edges of the phone. A physical home button is present at the front and the earpiece, front camera and usual set of proximity sensors are present at the top. The power and volume buttons are visible on the right side.
If you take a close look, the phone looks similar to recently launched Moto M. The 2017 Moto roadmap had said that Motorola will manufacture the next generation Moto Z and Moto G, while Lenovo will be responsible for the 2017 editions of Moto X, Moto M, Moto E and Moto C. It is being reported that Moto E and Moto C could be manufactured by a third party ODM. There is still no word regarding the launch date, detailed specifications or price of the Moto X (2017).
