Telegram has updated its app with a number of new features. The update which bumps app to version 3.15 allows you to pin important conversations to the top of your inbox. However, the most useful addition is the IFTTT integration.
In order to pin a chat, you will have to long tap on it on Android while swipe left on iOS and select Pin. You can pin up to 5 chats to the top (plus 5 secret chats). Next up, Telegram is getting IFTTT integration that allows you to link your account to over 360 services including Twitter, Instagram, Gmail, Pocket, Dropbox and so on. You can also add @IFTTT bot to any of your conversations for full collaboration with your channels and devices
Telegram for Android app is also getting high-precision rotation and cropping in the photo editor, a new player for Youtube videos with Picture-In-Picture mode, and forwarding messages and media to secret chats.
