Corsair has launched Force MP500 range of M.2 solid state drives in 120GB, 240GB, and 480GB. The performance of the MP500 SSD is claimed to be five times faster than traditional SATA 6Gbps SSDs.
Equipped with a Phison PS5007-E7 NVMe controller and high-bandwidth PCIe Gen. 3 x4 M.2 2280 interface, the MP 500 range drives has read speeds of up to 3,000 MB/s and write speeds of up 2,400 MB/s.
The SSD prevents sudden data loss or corruption in case of unexpected power shutdown as it features technologies like Proprietary SmartECC, SmartRefresh, and SmartFlush. The 120GB, 240GB, and 480GB CORSAIR Force Series MP500 SSDs are available at a price of Rs. 9,399, Rs. 14,500 and Rs. 28,000 respectively.
