HTC is expected to announce HTC U Ultra at an event on January 12th. A bunch of live images of the HTC U Ultra have surfaced in a new leak. According to the images, it looks like the phone will sport a secondary display that we have already seen on LG V10 and LG V20.
The secondary display has notifications, weather updates, date and time, and battery percentage. As per the the images, HTC U Ultra has a metal body with 2.5D glass on the front and back of the device. Also seen at the back is the main camera, dual-LED flash and laser auto-focus sensor. There is a speaker grill at the bottom edge, a primary microphone and USB Type-C port while. The top edge sports secondary microphone and SIM card slot.
The phone is available in white, black, gold, and blue. Venturebeat claims, HTC U Ultra will run Android 7.0 Nougat and will be powered by Snapdragon 821 and come with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The phone is tipped to sport the same 12.3MP Sony camera sensor found on the Pixel.
