Vivo launched the V5 Plus selfie-focused smartphone in India for Rs. 27,980 earlier this week. Here is the unboxing of the smartphone.

The main highlight of the smartphone is its 20-megapixel front-facing camera with Sony IMX376 1/2.78″ sensor, f/2.0 aperture and an 8-megapixel secondary font-facing camera for capturing depth information. It has soft led flash which Vivo calls Moonlight Flash to brighten up your face when you take selfies.
It has a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and has 4GB of RAM. It has a fingerprint sensor below the display embedded into the home button.
It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture and phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF). It has 64GB of internal storage, comes with unibody metal design and has a 3160mAh battery with support for fast charging. The Vivo V5 Plus is available for pre-order from retail stores and goes on sale across India from February 1st.
