Lenovo has announced the Yoga A12 convertible Android tablet with Halo keyboard. The tablet is sports a 12.2-inch HD display, measures 5.4mm thin and weighs less than a one kilogram. It has an aluminium and magnesium build.
The Yoga A12 is powered by Intel Atom x5 processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. It comes with two speakers with Dolby Atmos feature. Lenovo claims that the Yoga A12 comes with hybrid UI and comes with preloaded Google productivity suite apps. The device offers up to 13 hours of battery life with mixed usage. The highlight of the Yoga A12 is the Halo keyboard whose keys light up and provide distinctive haptic feedback when tapped. The keyboard learns from you as you type, with built-in prediction and artificial learning software. Lenovo first introduced the Halo keyboard feature to the premium Yoga Book series. It comes with a 360-degree Yoga hinge that lets you adjust the convertible in four modes.
The Yoga A12 comes in Gunmetal Grey and Rose Gold variants. It will be available from February 8 starting at $299.
