LG introduced Watch Style Android Wear 2.0 smartwatch last month. The watch was on display at MWC 2017 and we have got a chance to take a detailed look at it.
The LG Watch Style is thin, light and is comfortable to wear. It sports a 1.2-inch (360 x 360 pixels) Circular P-OLED Display at 299PPI and is powered by a 1.1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 (MSM8909W) processor. The watch has 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage. It rus Android Wear 2.0 OS and is compatible with smartphones running Android 4.3 and iOS.
It comes with snap-and-swap 18mm leather and silicone bands out of the box so you can quickly switch bands. The watch has a rotating crown power button on the right side lets you easily scroll through your stream, bring up the app launcher, or get help from your Google Assistant and are water resistant. There are no other buttons the Watch Style.
LG branding is present at the bottom and it does not come with a heart rate sensor. It measures 42.3 x 45.7 x 10.79mm. The watch is dust and Water Resistant (IP67).
Connectivity options on the watch include Bluetooth 4.2 LE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. It comes with 9-Axis (Gyro/ Accelerometer/ Compass), Ambient Light sensor. It has a 240mAh battery.
The LG Watch Style comes in silver, rose gold and titanium colors, is priced at $249 (Rs. 16,690 approx.) and will be available from Best Buy and the Google Store.
