Last year, a mysterious Samsung device codenamed SM-R210 surfaced online on the import listing followed by Wi-Fi Alliance earlier this year. While most of them didn’t have any clue about it, latest report confirms that it’s the successor of the Gear 360 camera.
As per the Bluetooth SIG listing, this device will be called as Next Gear 360. The sole reason for this confusion is because of the R in ‘SM-R210’, while the previous Gear 360 was codenamed as SM-C200, where the ‘C’ stands for camera.
Having said that, the successor of Gear 360 is just around the corner as it might get launched along with the much expected Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus.
The South Korean tech giant, Samsung is all set to introduce its much awaited flagship smartphone in two variants – Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus at its Galaxy Unpacked 2017 event on March 29th in New York.
