OPPO just took wraps off F3, its latest selfie-focused smartphone in the ‘F Series’. We have already seen unboxing and first impressions of the phone and now let’s take a detailed look at hardware and specifications of the phone in this photo gallery.
The OPPO F3 sports a 5.5-inch (1080 x 1920 pixels) Full HD 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor and comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, expandable memory with microSD. The phone runs Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) with ColorOS 3.0. The phone’s bezels on top and bottom and the sides are narrow.
At the front there is a 16MP front-facing camera with 76.4-degree wide-angle lens, 1/3.1-inch sensor, f/2.0 aperture and secondary 8MP front camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens. An earpiece and usual set of proximity and ambient light sensors are also present next to the front camera.
There is a physical home button below the bezel that is baked with a fingerprint sensor to quickly unlock the phone that can also detect your finger even if it is moist.
The left side houses the volume rockers
The right side of the phone has the power button and Dual SIM card slots. The phone is pretty sleek as it measures 153.29×75.24×7.3mm and weighs 153g.
It has dedicated dual nano SIM and a microSD in the single slot.
The 3.5mm audio headphone jack, microphone, micro USB and loudspeaker grills are present at the bottom.
A secondary microphone is present on the top.
The OPPO F3 has a unibody metal design similar to the OPPO F3 Plus. There is a 13MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, PDAF, 1/3-inch sensor, 1.12um pixel size and f/2.2 aperture at the back. OPPO branding is also present at the center.
Antenna bands are present at the top and bottom part of the back. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. The phone has a 3200mAh built-in battery.
The OPPO F3 comes in Gold and Rose Gold colors and is priced at Rs. 19,990. It is available for pre-order exclusively from Flipkart online and offline stores as well and goes on sale from May 13th.
