Last year Reliance Jio started testing JioFiber. When it reported earnings last month, it said that it started roll-out of its Fibre to the Home (FTTH) business by offering beta trials in a few locations. It also said that it will expand the scope of the beta trials over the next few months. There were some reports recently that said Jio has started JioFiber trials in Chennai, Mumbai and other cities.

Now @JioCare has started replying to people who were keen to know if JioFiber is rolling out beta trials in their location. It confirmed that beta trials are being rolled out in select areas of Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Ahmedabad, Jamnagar, Surat and Vadodara. It also said that JioFiber services are also available for RIL employees in Jamnagar .
Jio just said that it is in the process of being rolled out to other cities soon without mentioning about the commercial launch date, but it is expected to offer the service for free for few months of launch. Even though it is running trials with 100Mbps speeds, it is planning to offer high-speed broadband up to 1 Gbps or 1000 Mbps speeds, as we had reported earlier.
