Last week Lenovo confirmed that it will launch its K8 Note smartphone in India on August 9th, skipping the K7 Note. Today Amazon India has announced that it will be available exclusively with them while teasing the performance and camera of phone. Last year’s Vibe K5 Note was launched on Flipkart, but the K6 Note that was launched in late 2016 was launched through offline stores in the country.
The smartphone will be powered by Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X20 processor, come with 4GB of RAM and run Android 7.1.1 (Nougat), according to benchmark listing. The K5 Note was powered by Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor, but it switched to Snapdragon 430 for the K6 Note.
In a recent teaser the company said that the phone will be more powerful compared than the Snapdragon 430 and Snapdragon 625. It will likely come with a 1080p screen, similar to the K5 Note and K6 Note smartphones. Other specifications are still a mystery.
