After teasing the launch of new smartphone with dual rear cameras in India in September, Xiaomi today sent of invites for the launch of the smartphone in the country on September 5th at an event in New Delhi. The company says it will be Flagship Dual Camera smartphone, but it did not reveal the name of the phone yet. This will likely be the Mi 5X that was introduced in China last month.
It will be a global launch event and Xiaomi fans in India can register on Xiaomi website to stand a chance to get tickets for the launch. It will also offers livestream for the event.

To remind you, the Mi 5X has 12MP dual rear cameras, one with a wide-angle lens and other with a telephoto lens offering portrait mode, background blur and more features. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 Mobile platform, runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) and packs a 3080mAh battery.
