Earlier this month, Rubin has confirmed that the Essential Phone is in “full mass production” following which it was available for order. Announced in May, the phone was originally slated to be released in mid-June but had missed the deadline. It sports a 5.7-inch edge-to-edge display and is powered by latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. It sports a titanium and ceramic body that offers it a premium look. The phone has a 13MP Dual RGB + Mono camera with image fusion technology and 8MP front camera. The Essential Phone is priced at $699 and comes in four colors: Black Moon, Stellar Grey, Pure White and Ocean Depths.
Essential recently raised $300 million from Tencent, Amazon’s Alexa Fund and others.
