Lenovo India recently started teasing the K8 Plus smartphone, few weeks after the launch of the K8 Note smartphone in the country. Today Flipkart that partnered with Lenovo for K5 Plus, K5 Note and K6 Power has announced that K8 Plus will launch exclusively on Flipkart on September 6th. The phone will run stock Android 7.1 (Nougat), similar to the K8 Note.

The teaser shows a dedicated music button on the left side, similar to the K8 Note but it has a single slot instead of two slots for SIM and microSD in the K8 Note. A recent Geekbench listing revealed MediaTek Helio P20 SoC and 3GB RAM for the smartphone.
We still don’t have any other specifications of the phone, but it is rumored to come with dual rear cameras. We should know all the details of the Lenovo K8 Plus on September 6th.
