Cat phones, popular for its rugged phones at the IFA introduced two new rugged smartphones – S31 and S41 and Caterpillar T20 rugged Windows 10 tablet. The Cat 31, successor of Cat 30 has a 4.7-inch HD screen and a 4000mAh battery, while the Cat C41, successor of Cat C40 has a 5-inch 1080p screen and packs a 5000mAh battery.
Both the phone are rugged with IP68 ratings for waterproof, dust resistant design and are drop proof to 1.8m onto concrete with MIL-STD 810G spec.
The Caterpillar T20 Tablet is the first rugged tablet from the company, specially developed for those who work in situations and locations in which extremely durable devices are needed. It runs on Windows 10 operating system, has LTE and is IP67 certified making it waterproof for 30 minutes at a depth of one metre and is drop-resistant up to a height of 1.8 metres.

The Cat S41 is priced at 449 Euros (US$ 534 / Rs. 34270 approx.) and is already available for order, Cat S31 costs 329 Euros (US$ 391 / Rs. 25,120 approx.) and will be available later this year and the Caterpillar T20 tablet is prirced at 649 Euros (US$ 770 / Rs. 49,535 approx.), but there are no details about the availability yet.CAT S41
