Google has already confirmed Pixel 2 event on October 4th. Even though we had already seen some renders and live images of the Pixel 2 series phones, now press renders of the phone in several colors and pricing for both 64GB and 128GB storage versions have surfaced.
The HTC-made Pixel 2 is rumored to come in Kinda Blue, Just Black, and Clearly White and is said cost $649 for the 64GB version and $749 for the 128GB version. The first-generation Pixel was introduced at the same price for 32GB and 128GB storage versions.
There is a change in placement of LED flash in Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. The LG-made Pixel 2 XL is said to come in Black & White and Just Black colors and is rumored to be priced at $849 for the 64GB version and $949 for the 128GB storage version. This is $80 more than the first-generation Pixel XL smartphone.
Live images and earlier leaks of the phones already confirmed no 3.5mm headphone jack, front-facing stereo speakers, always-on display and squeezable frame. The new renders confirm fingerprint sensor on the back and single rear camera for the phones. The Pixel 2 is said to come with a 4.97-inch 1080p OLED display and the Pixel XL 2 is expected to come with a 5.99-inch Quad HD OLED display.
