Huawei’s Honor brand launched Honor 9i mid-range smartphone in India last week. The highlight of the phone is its dual front and rear cameras. We recently unboxed the phone and now let’s take a detailed look at the design and specifications in this photo gallery.
It sports a 5.9-inch (2160 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display. The phone is powered by Octa-Core Kirin 659 processor and comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD. It runs Android 7.0 (Nougat) with EMUI 5.1.
The phone sports a unibody metal design with rounded edges that offers a good grip. The build quality is great which offers it a premium look.
Up front, you can see an earpiece, 13MP front-facing camera with soft LED flash and secondary 2MP camera.
There are three on-screen touch buttons.
Right side houses power button and volume rockers. The phone measures 156.2 × 75.2 × 7.5mm and weighs 164 grams.
The antenna band cutout and hybrid SIM card slot is present on the left that accepts two nano SIMs or a nano SIM and a microSD card.
The 3.5mm audio headphone jack, microUSB port and loudspeaker grill are present at the bottom.
There is 16MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and secondary 2MP camera at the back. A fingerprint sensor is present at below the camera setup.
The Honor branding is present on the lower back of the phone.
Antenna band lines are see at the top and bottom. The phone sports 3,340mAh battery (typical) / 3,240mAh (minimum) battery.
The Honor 9i comes in Aurora Blue, Graphite Black and Prestige Gold colors, is priced at Rs. 17,999 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting from tomorrow, October 14th.
