In a bid to compete with Reliance Jio’s JioFi, Airtel has slashed the price of the 4G hotspot in India and is now available of Rs. 999. The Hotspot device lets you connect to multiple devices like laptops, smartphones, tablets, smart devices TV, speakers.
Airtel currently offers 4G services in all 22 telecom circles of India and it recently launched 4G services in Kargil, Dras, and Leh in Ladakh region covering 130 towns and villages.
Customers need to have an Airtel 4G SIM to activate services on their Airtel 4G Hotspot using any of the existing Postpaid and Prepaid plans. The 4G hotspot device is currently available at all leading Airtel retail stores across the country and in addition, it will be soon available through Amazon India as well.
