Google today announced updates to its search results to make it easier to pick a movie. It will now let you can quickly compare movies by factors like ratings, showtimes, theater location and more all from the same view. You can also click showtime to purchase a ticket in advance.
If you already have a favorite theater, you can check out what’s playing by narrowing down your search results by location, ‘showtimes,’ ‘movies’ or movie times in your city.
The new updated search results are available on Google Search in mobile browsers and in the Google app for Android. It is rolling out in the U.S. and India in Hindi and English. Google mentioned that it would come to Google app for iOS soon.
