Are you desperate to call you friends and relatives or colleagues as soon as your plane touches down on the runway. Soon , you can use your mobile phone in India even before the aircraft comes to a halt.
Starting from October 22 most airlines will allow use of mobile phones after the aircraft has landed and exited the active runway.
Now get ready to put on those ear plugs even after the plane has landed !
But this would be a welcome move for passengers traveling to the Delhi airport where taxiing takes a helluva time !
