Xiaomi’s brand new POCOPHONE series was in the news a while ago, and some time ago, the first phone under the brand got certified at Taiwan’s NCC. Today, the device again found passing through the FCC. It comes with dual rear cameras and will support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands.
Though the model number is M1805E10A, the cover letter provided by Xiaomi notes; M1805D1SG. However, the FCC-ID; 2AFZZ-XMSE10A for both devices are the same. According to the FCC document, the phone packs 151mm long, 76mm wide, and measure 163mm diagonally. As for connectivity, the phone will pack LTE, WCDMA, and GSM connectivity.
That’s where good things end, we don’t really know the specifications of the phone at this moment, but with FCC certification out of the way, we might not have to wait long before we hear about the Xiaomi’s POCOPHONE. Xiaomi seems to be planning on expanding its series after the success of Mi and Redmi in India and China as well.
