Back in May we first saw the screen protectors of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL revealing what’s to come in terms of design. Again in June, we have seen the live images of the Pixel 3 XL revealing the notch design, and a single rear camera. Google’s 2018 flagships are not new to us; we have it surface in the AOSP as well. Today, courtesy of an XDA member, we see the Google Pixel 3 XL yet again and this time in white color.
From the front, the Pixel 3 XL looks identical to the 2 XL with slim bezels, front firing speaker, but this time around, we also get the infamous notch, meaning that the phone will have a 19:9 aspect ratio. Despite the presence of a notch, there is a chin below the display, and we have the speaker grill present. The notch area will accompany the front-facing selfie shooter, the usual set of sensors.
Once you flip the phone to the back, you will notice it is regular affair very much like the predecessors. There is a single rear camera, fingerprint sensor, LED flash, and Google logo. Even the Pixel 3 XL will have the glass build in the top portion, and aluminum body in the bottom section.
As per the specifications, any educated guess says that it might sport a 6-inches display, powered by the Snapdragon 845, 4/6GB RAM, latest Android P out of the box. Since the Google’s hardware event usually takes place in October, we still have so much for more details our way, so stay tuned.
