Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL might come in new mint color variant

It is known that Google has scheduled the Pixel 3 launch event for October 9th. After announcing the date, the company has also started teasing the flagships with just number ‘3’. Now a new Google promo page may have just revealed  Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL color variants. The teaser is present on Google’s withgoogle.com domain, features a “coming soon” text.

Apart from the usual two-tone black and white colors, we might see a new mint color option. The white version showing a mint border lines up with previous leaks too, all of which show a mint colored power button like the orange button we have seen on last year’s Pixel 2 XL. The teaser also outlines the color blocks for the top portion of the phone representing the two-tone look we’ve gotten used to in the Pixel line.

According to recent rumors,  the Pixel 3 will have a no-notch 5.5-inch (2160 x 1080) 18:9 aspect ratio display, dual front speaker, glass + metal back, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, Snapdragon 845 SoC, 4GB RAM, 64GB / 128GB internal storage, Dual 8.1MP front cameras with f/1.8 and f/2.2 aperture, respectively, one for IR face unlock and a 2,915mAh battery.

On the other hand, Pixel 3 XL is said to pack a 6.2-inch (1440 x 2960) 19:9 aspect ratio display with a notch, while other specifications are expected to be similar the Pixel 3, but it will have a slightly bigger 3430mAh battery with support for wireless charging. Both the phones are said to come bundled with a USB Type-C headphone. We should know more details once the phones go official next month.
