Infinix launched the Hot S3X, a mid-range smartphone and the successor of the Hot S3 in the ‘Hot S’ series in India last week. Here we have the unboxing of the smartphone.

It has a 6.2-inch HD+ 19:9 display with a notch, is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 with 3GB of RAM and runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Hummingbird XOS 3.3. It has a 16-megapixel front camera with LED flash. The company says that it has 4-in-1 pixel technology merges 4 pixels into one pixel, which helps in capturing more light for better quality selfies. It also comes with AI beauty algorithm that scans up to 255 facial points to create a more detailed and beautiful selfie.
The phone has a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture along with a secondary 2-megapixel camera for portait shots and AI Bokeh mode. There is also dual LED flash on the back. The back has a shiny glass finish, even though it has plastic finish on the sides. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the back. The phone has a dedicated dual SIM and microSD slots and packs a 4000mAh battery.
The Infinix Hot S3X also comes in Sandstone Black and Tradewinds Gray colors, is priced at Rs. 9999 and will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart during “Big Diwali Sale” starting today midnight.
