Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro gets a price cut in India, now starts at Rs. 9999


After announcing price cuts for Mi A2, Redmi Note 5 Pro and Redmi Y2, Xiaomi today announced a price cut for the Redmi 6 Pro  smartphone for the first time since it was launched in September last year. The 3GB+32GB of the phone now costs Rs. 9999 and the 4GB+64GB is now available for Rs. 11,999, after a Rs. 1000 price cut. It is available at new rates on Amazon.in, Mi.com and offline stores.

To remind you, the phone packs a 5.84-inch FHD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with a notch, is powered by Snapdragon 625 with up to 4GB of RAM, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI on top, has a 12-megapixel rear camera with flash along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera for AI portraits and AI scene detection.

There is also a 5-megapixel front camera with AI portrait, AI Face unlock and portrait features. It has a aluminum back, fingerprint sensor on the back, dedicated dual SIM and microSD slots and packs a 4000mAh battery. Check out our Redmi 6 Pro review here.
