Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched POCO F1 running on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with a skin on top, called MIUI For POCO. The smartphone has been in news since the launch for good reasons except for a few issues, but the company has been very responsive towards addressing the issues and kept device updated as well. The device received MIUI 10 Global Stable update back in November which was based on Android Oreo but later in December, Xiaomi rolled out Android Pie based MIUI 10 Stable update for the smartphone.
As per users on POCO Forum, the device has started receiving MIUI 10.2.3.0.PEJMIXM update which is 560 MB in size. The update is based on Android Pie and also brings February security patch to the device but doesn’t bring Widevine L1 support to the device that was recently enabled in MIUI Global Beta ROM. MIUI 10.2.3.0 update and doesn’t either bring 4K 60fps support which was also enabled in a recent MIUI Global Beta ROM.
Since it has started rolling out today, it will take few days to roll out for everyone, but you can download the incremental zip from V10.2.2.0 and flash using updater method manually.
POCO fans, we heard you! Now enjoy recording 4K & 1080p videos at 60FPS on your #POCOF1. We have started rolling out an update for our MIUI for POCO beta users. Beta users – please do share feedback on the feedback app. Will be on stable version soon after the beta testing. pic.twitter.com/fWFnsIeLHR

As per the POCOPHONE Global Head, another MIUI Global Stable update will be released in March to enable 4K 60fps support on the device.
Update: Some issues occurred with 4K 60fps testig so it won't make it into the early Mar stable (if you still want it sooner, please try beta). But we will release one more Mar stable before Mar end which will include the 4k 60fps. https://t.co/IVoeFYiixW

He also mentioned, the developer team tried to rush to release the build before the weekend so they didn’t mention the full changelog. He also mentions that the Stable rollout will be slow to ensure that there are no major bugs.
The dev team tried their best to rush out the stable build before the weekend (early Mar stable) that they didn't have time to write the full changelog! We clearly have more than security patch update 😉 The stable will roll out slowly to ensure no major bugs https://t.co/yCG85b3Szw
