OPPO is setting new standards when it comes to its phones hardware especially Camera. The recently launched OPPO F11 Pro is indeed a welcome surprise, offering some fresh takes on the modern smartphone.
The latest outing from OPPO’s stable encompasses a striking 6.5-inch panoramic display, a powerful processor, capable 48MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. And then it tops off with the rising camera which houses rising 16MP camera at the top centre of the device.
This aesthetically beautiful smartphone comes with the hot yet trendy 48MP camera incorporating the latest technologies. For the starters, OPPO F11 Pro boasts a massive 48MP rear camera supported by a 5MP secondary camera to create hardware-driven depth of field effect.
Well, the placement is always important and the company has strategically housed the camera set up in the centre, stacked vertically along with LED flashlight. Having said that, a couple of technologies is involved when it comes to the rear camera.
The main cameras use pixel binning tech, which results in a sharper 12MP photo with plenty of light, detail and less noise. For the starters, pixel binning is a method or process of combining 4 small-sized pixels into 1 big pixel while capturing an image. Furthermore, the Pixel binning helps the camera sensor to squeeze the last drop of information and provides it to the ISP.
It also features OPPO’s exclusive AI Ultra clear engine which intelligently recognizes scenes by examining the available light in the surroundings. The camera optimises the settings for detailed photography. The phone also features the ‘Ultra Nightmode’ for better low-light images.
Talking about the camera software, it offers AI scene recognition, where you will see a small icon when a scene is successfully recognized. Upon identifying, it tweaks the software accordingly. Notably, it can recognise up to 23 scenes and 864 combinations.
There is also ‘Dazzle colour mode’ when toggled on makes the colours more vivid, and also improves the dynamic range of the pictures. To make the camera more fun and effective, the OPPO F11 Pro comes equipped with Photo, Portrait, Video, Expert (manual settings), Pano, Time-lapse, Slow-mo, and Ultra Night Mode.

Talking about other specifications, the OPPO F11 Pro sports 6.5-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:5:9 aspect ratio panoramic display. Under the hood, the recent outing from OPPO is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Helio P70 chipset, has 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded by up to 256GB with a microSD card.
On the software side, the device is shipped with ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie out of the box. The OPPO F11 Pro gets a 4000mAh battery with VOOC flash charge 3.0. Priced at Rs. 24,990, it is available from online and offline stores. Stay stuned for the full review.
