Microsoft introduces disc-free Xbox One S All-Digital Edition

Microsoft has introduced its Xbox One S All-Digital Edition for disc-free gaming experience. This is aimed for those who prefer to find and play their games digitally and are looking for the most affordable way to play Xbox games, said the company.

It comes bundled  with three popular games – Minecraft, Forza Horizon 3 and Sea of Thieves. It also comes with a special Xbox Game Pass offer to get started with access to over 100 great games. Microsoft says that Xbox One S now has over 1,300 games that includes blockbusters, popular franchises, and Xbox One exclusives.

Even though you can’t play Blu-ray disks, you can still enjoy 4K HDR entertainment with Netflix, Amazon and more. It also offers Premium Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio.

The disc-free Xbox One S All-Digital Edition comes only in 1TB storage version, is priced at US$249.99 (Rs. 17,380 approx.) and will roll out starting from the US from May 7 with pre-orders starting today.
