After rumors and patent earlier this year, the Motorola Razr (2019), the company’s first foldable smartphone has surfaced in press shots on weibo in China. This shows resemblance to the iconic Razr handset, but this has display on the top and the bottom half that expands to reveal a large screen.
The hinge is clearly visibly, and there is also a Motorola logo on the back. This resembles the patent.
This shows a unique box with razr branding on the top. The box contents reveals a charging dock and also a USB Type-C to 3.5mm converter, so the phone won’t feature a 3.5mm audio jack.
Earlier rumor revealed that the phone will launch in the US exclusively on Verizon at a $1500 price tag. We still don’t have any of the specifications of the smartphone.
