Samsung launched the Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 and the Galaxy M30 smartphones this year in India. All these run Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Samsung Experience 9.5, compared to Android 9.0 (Pie) with One UI in the latest Galaxy A series. Today the company has announced that all the three smartphones will get Android 9 Pie update, bringing important improvements and security patches starting from June 3, 2019.
Even though the phone didn’t launch with Android Pie, it is a good thing that the company is providing the update soon after the launch. The company recently rolled out Android Pie update for the Galaxy J6, Galaxy J8 and the Galaxy On7 Prime in India.
One UI brings several visual changes, system-wide Night mode, the Scene Optimizer feature for the camera, dedicated Kids Mode, floating mode in the Samsung Keyboard app and lots more.
