OPPO and OnePlus have introduced their 5G smartphones this year, now Realme has confirmed that it will launch 5G smartphones globally this year. This was confirmed by Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth after a meeting with Realme founder Sky Li.

Realme has started testing its 5G smartphone, as we can see both of them holding a phone enclosed in a case. He added that the company will be bringing best of technology to India as early as possible.
Realme is yet to introduce a flagship smartphone, so this could be the one with Snapdragon 855 along with Snapdragon X50 5G modem. Some rumors say that the phone could be called the Realme X Pro and feature a similar pop-up camera design as the Realme X.
