Samsung to launch Galaxy S2 at MWC 2011 ?

Samsung Galaxy S is one of the most successful smartphones of 2010, and there is no doubt that it is an impressive device. In just 7 months, Samsung sold more than 10 million units of Galaxy S, and that clearly shows that Galaxy S is a true success. Rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S2 are around from a long time now. We posted a shot of a leaked Samsung phone a few months back, and we told you that this phone is the Galaxy S2, and now a Korean newspaper is confirming it that this phone is the Galaxy S2. Now rumors are popping out that the Samsung Galaxy S2 is coming out next month, and Samsung will launch it at the Mobile World Congress, just like they launched the Samsung Galaxy S at MWC 2010. So that makes sense that the device will be launched at MWC 2011. Galaxy S2 is rumored to come with a 4.3 Inch SAMOLED screen, Dual core processor, NFC chip, and of course Android 2.3 a.k.a Gingerbread. We also heard from Eldar Murtazin that the device comes with a dual core processor.

We heard that Samsung is stocking up Nvidia Tegra 2 chips, and their future devices will feature it, and few months ago, Samsung also launched their very own dual core processor known as Orion. So what we don’t know is that whether the device will come with Tegra 2 or Orion processor, but as the Galaxy S comes with Samsung’s very own Hummingbird processor, it is possible that the Galaxy S2 will run the Orion dual core processor. Well folks, we are seriously looking forward to the Galaxy S2, and I am sure that Galaxy S2 will be more successful than the Galaxy S. So anyone looking forward to the Galaxy S2?
