HUAWEI launched the Mate 20 Pro smartphone with OLED HDR display, Leica triple cameras and more last year. The successor to the Mate 20 Pro i.e., HUAWEI Mate 30 and the Mate 30 Pro surfaced in leaks and in some renders. Similarly, now a new report reveals the images of the smartphone along with key details.
According to an image posted on Weibo, HUAWEI Mate 30/Mate 30 Pro sports a display with a huge notch and curved to the sides and the image also reveals the rear of the Mate 30/Mate 30 Pro. It is said to feature a Leica quad-camera setup housed in a circular camera module, but there is no information on the front-facing camera yet. It is also expected to come with 3D face unlock just like the Mate 20 Pro.
The image also reveals that the Mate 30/Mate 30 Pro is likely to be powered by Kirin 990 SoC and come with HUAWEI SuperCharge fast charging technology. Another report reveals the front panel of the smartphone and hints at a possible dual front camera setup and both should likely support facial recognition feature. It is expected to come with 4500mAh battery with HUAWEI SuperCharge fast charging.
HUAWEI Mate 30 series is expected to go official on September 16th, 2019 and we should know more information in the coming days.
