HMD Global has started rolling out Android 10 update for its Nokia 8.1, which makes it the first Nokia phone to get the update. It got Android Q beta update long back. Android 10 brings number of additional privacy and security features for users, as well as Dark Theme, Smart Reply, Focus mode, dedicated ‘Privacy section’, and lots more.
The Nokia 8.1 Android 10 update V4.15B is 1.44GB in size and still has Android security patch for September. The company already confirmed that Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 9 PureView will get the update first in Q4 2019, and the update will continue for older phones in Q1 2020 and Q2 2020.
