Apple released iOS 13, its latest operating system for iPhone last month and following that released iOS 13.1.2 recently. Now, Apple has released yet another update for iPhone and iPad – iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3 and comes with bug fixes for Phone, Mail, Health, and more.
Apple iOS 13.1.3 includes bug fixes and improvements for iPhone and primarily address issues with the Phone app that could prevent a device from ringing or vibrating for an incoming call, address issues with the Mail app, Health app, Voice Memos recordings, Apple watch pairing, Bluetooth, and more.

Apple iPadOS 13.1.3 also fixes the bugs in iPad and the changelog includes:
