Jabra has begun CES 2020 with the release of two new products in its Elite lineup. The first one is a successor to the Elite Active 65t, the Elite active 75t that features an improved smaller design and better battery life. The second product is the Elite 45h which is their on ear style headphones that is priced under $100.
The Elite Active 75t is built with enhanced durability in mind and features a IP57 rating that promises dust and waterproofing for depths up to 1m, along with a 2 year warranty. The earphones are 22% smaller, for a better fit, than its predecessor, the Jabra Elite Active 65t, but has increased its battery life to 28 hours total with the charging case. On a single charge, the earphones will last upto 7.5 hours of continuous listening.
Being an in-ear design, the Elite Active 75t has excellent noise isolation. There is the option of HearThrough too that will let users listen to outside audio through the mic if they choose to. Jabra has also introduced MyControls which is a software update that will come to the earbuds in Q2 2020. It will allow users to configure the functions on the left and right earbud to meet their personal control preferences, along with the option to use just one earbud for controls.
The Jabra Elite 45H is their best in class on ear headphones that is created with premium materials and designed with long-time wear in mind. With a lightweight compact foldable design, powerful 40mm drivers, and an excellent claimed battery life of 40 hours, the headphones are perfect for users on-the-go. The headphones also feature fast charging that will give it 8 hours of listening time with just 15 minutes of charge.
Both products will feature Jabra’s upcoming MySound technology, that is slated to be released in Q2 2020. It is software that was created in partnership with its sister company GN Hearing, that will use the Jabra+ sound and in built mics to calibrates the headphones based on each users’ unique profile for a truly individualized experience.
The Elite Active 75t will come in three colors in the beginning; Navy, Titanium Black and Copper Black with 3 more colours coming later- Grey, Sienna and Mint. They will be available beginning February 2020 for a price of $199 (Rs. 14,330 approx.) on Amazon, Best Buy and Jabra.com.
The Elite 45h will come in five colors — Titanium Black, Navy, Black. Gold Beige and Copper Black. They will be available for a price of $99 (Rs. 7,130 approx.) from March 2020.
