OnePlus launched the ‘OnePlus 7T’ and ‘OnePlus 7T Pro’ last year and leaks and rumours have been surfacing on the next version i.e., OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. This time around there have been leaks on a cheaper version of the OnePlus 8 i.e., OnePlus 8 Lite. The launch of the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro India could be imminent as Amazon India affiliate page has listed both the smartphones.
Amazon India’s affiliate page lists fixed advertising fees for various products including smartphones. Now, under the NEW: Mobile Phones at 1% Fixed Advertising Fee category OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 8 are listed, confirming an imminent launch. Both the 8 and 8 Pro are listed alongside the 7T Pro, 7T Pro McLaren, 7T, 7 Pro.
Coming to the rumoured specifications, OnePlus 8 Pro is said to sport a 6.65-inch Quad HD+ 120Hz display with curved edges and a similar design language as OnePlus 8. This time around OnePlus is said to go with a punch-hole display instead of the pop-up camera module and also, the display is said to be slightly smaller than its predecessor OnePlus 7T Pro. While the processor that is going to power OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro is not known yet, we can expect it to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor paired with 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.
