Apple released iOS 13 at the WWDC event last year, and in December it released iOS 13.3. Now it has released iOS 13.4 and iPadOS 13.4 with major set of features, including nine new Memoji and Animoji stickers that includes emoji-style poses like shocked face, face with hearts, eyes rolling, iCloud Drive folder sharing from the Files app, new toolbar in the Mail app with updated design featuring a more logical layout.
The iPadOS 13.4 update also adds trackpad support for the iPad offering greater precision and improved navigation. This comes ahead of the May release of Apple’s new Magic Keyboard that works with 2018 and 2020 iPad Pro. It also adds support for Magic Mouse, Magic Mouse 2, Magic Trackpad, Magic Trackpad 2, and third-party USB and Bluetooth mouse options as well as multi-touch gestures when using the Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad 2.
Apple also released tvOS 13.4 and HomePod OS 13.4 that brings general performance and stability improvements as well as watchOS 6.2 that brings in-app purchases for Apple Watch apps, fixes music playback pausing when switching from Wi-Fi to Bluetooth connectivity, adds support for ECG app on Apple Watch Series 4 or later in Chile, New Zealand, and Turkey and Irregular heart rhythm notifications in Chile, New Zealand, and Turkey.
