Xiaomi’s Redmi brand introduced the Redmi K30 Pro 5G smartphone in China last month in normal and zoom edition with the latter featuring 30x digital zoom. Today the company has 12GB (LPDDR5 RAM) + 512GB (UFS 3.1) storage version of the zoom edition at 4499 yuan (US$ 634 / Rs. 49,060 approx.) making it the top-end version in the K30 Pro series. This will be available for order in China from tomorrow, April 7th.
Other specifications of the phone are similar including a 6.67-inch FHD+ E3 Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 865, 5G SA/NSA support with Snapdragon X55 Modem, liquid-cooling, Android 10 with MIUI 11, 3D glass back, NFC and Hi-Res audio support, 64MP Sony IMX686 1/1.7″ sensor, four-axis OIS, 8-megapixel telephoto lens with support for 3x optical and 30x digital zoom, 13-megapixel 123° ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 12-megapixel pop-up front camera with built-in notification LED now supports 5 colors. It comes with a 4700mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging that can charge the phone fully in 63 minutes.
The Redmi K30 Pro comes in White, Blue, Gray and Purple colors.
