HUAWEI’s HONOR brand just announced the HONOR Play 4 and Play 4 Pro 5G smartphones, as it had promised. These phones pack 6.81-inch and 6.57-inch FHD+ LCD screens with 60Hz refresh rate, respectively. The Play 4 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800 SoC and the Play 4 Pro 5G is powered by the company’s own Kirin 990 SoC with Balong 5000 5G modem. These have VC cooling support. The Play 4 Pro has a 40MP Sony IMX600y sensor along with 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS. It also has a 32MP front camera along with an 8MP Ultra-wide sensor.
The HONOR Play 4 Pro also comes in an infrared temperature measurement version that lets you measure temperature of body or object between -20°C and 100°C.

It is available for order and will go on sale in China from June 12th.
The HONOR Play 4 Pro 5G comes in Midnight Black, Dark Blue and Blue with Pink gradient color, is priced at 2899 yuan (US$ 407 / Rs. 30,760 approx.) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the model with infrared temperature measurement costs 2999 yuan (US$ 421 / Rs. 31,830 approx.). It is available for order and will go on sale in China from June 9th.
