Apple Might Launch Unlimited Music Download Service on iTunes

Apple is apparently in talks with major companies such as  Universal Music, Sony Music and Warner Music to make purchased music more easily accessible to users. Sources claim that an agreement might be made as early as mid 2011.

The way it works is that Apple is planning to provide users with unlimited downloads of purchased content to any device linked to the same account.

So once you made a purchase using your account you can download it on multiples devices rather than having to sync it with your PC.

It also provides as a good backup option in case you hard disk crashes as it’s always available for download again online.

Additionally, Apple is also planning to overhaul MobileMe, a service that allows users to store Pictures, Music, Movies etc.
