Vi, the new brand that combines Vodafone and Idea has launched a new Rs.351 pre-paid pack that offers 100 GB of 4G data with no daily limits and days validity. The company said that the new Data Pack is targeted at students, work from home professionals, cricket lovers, as well as gaming enthusiasts.
Jio recently launched 84GB Cricket Pack at Rs. 499 that also includes Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription with 56 days validity, but this has 1.5GB per day limit. Even Airtel has a Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription pack at Rs. 401 that offers 30GB data but it only has 28 days validity.
Vi has also announced the launch of GIGAnet, which it said is India’s strongest 4G network. Vodafone Idea said that it has set up a world-class network with largest spectrum portfolio, huge capacity, and built on many principles of 5G architecture that help in delivering a superior network experience.
Regarding the new pack, Vi spokesperson, said:

Post Covid the world has seen online activity increase by leaps and bounds – from video calls to online school to binge-watching shows/videos everything is online. And now with the CRICKET season kicking in we don’t want our customers to miss out on any action. With 100 GB of data @ just Rs 351 for 56 days – with NO DAILY LIMITS on data – we are confident that Vi customers can binge-watch without having to worry about their quotas being exhausted.
