LG unveiled the Velvet smartphone back in May and it was introduced in the US in July. Now Supreme Mobiles, an offline retailer has posted that it has started taking pre-orders for the smartphone ahead of the India launch. It also mentions the price of the phone as Rs. 36,990 for the single screen and Rs. 49,990, if you need the additional Dual Screen accessory. It also mentions 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version.
The phone was introduced with Snapdragon 765G 5G in some markets, but there is also a 4G version with Snapdragon 845. Even though the processor is not mentioned in the image, the LM-G910 4G model got BIS certification in India a few weeks back, however the offline retailer says it is the 5G version.
The phone has a 6.8-inch 20.5: 9 aspect ratio Cinema FullVision FHD+ OLED display with Waterdrop Camera that houses a 16-megapixel camera, Waterdrop Camera that is a design in which 48MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 5MP depth triple rear cameras and a flash are arranged in a vertical direction as if water droplets are falling, has a ‘3D arc design’, stereo speakers and packs a 4,300mAh battery with support for fast charging.
The phone is expected to launch in India sometime later this month.
