After rumours, OPPO today confirmed that it will introduce new Reno5 series of smartphones — Reno5 5G and Reno5 Pro 5G in China on December 10th. The company has confirmed 64MP quad rear cameras, Reno Glow 2.0 glitter finish on the back in some colour variants. TENAA certification revealed AMOLED screen for both the phones, and these are expected to come with 90Hz refresh rate.
The Reno5 5G is said to be powered by Snapdragon 765G SoC and the Reno5 Pro 5G is expected to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC. There are also rumours of Reno5 Pro+ 5G with Snapdragon 865.
