The OnePlus Band sport the same design as any other fitness tracker with a TPU strap and a removable 1.1-inch AMOLED colour touch screen display, just like the Mi Band series. The touch screen feedback is excellent for this price, and the display looks bright as well with vibrant color and sharp text.
Turning back, we have a heart-rate sensor and a pogo-pin for charging the device. Unlike the Mi Band 5, which equips the hassle-free magnetic charging setup, the OnePlus Band requires you to pull out the display module separately from the strap to charge the battery.
The OnePlus Band comes with a Heart rate sensor, Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) monitoring, Activity tracking, and Sleep tracking. The Band can track 13 Exercise modes: Outdoor Run, Indoor Run, Fat Burn Run, Outdoor Walk, Outdoor Cycling, Indoor Cycling, Elliptical Trainer, Rowing Machine, Cricket, Badminton, Pool Swimming, Yoga and Free Training as well.
It uses Bluetooth 5.0 LE to connect to Android 6.0 and above and soon for iOS with the OnePlus Health app. Other notable features include camera and music control, customisable watch face, Find My Phone, Zen Mode synchronization (with select OnePlus phone models), weather forecast, Message notifications, Incoming call notification, Incoming call rejection, and more.
